I didn’t plan to run today – Sundays and Mondays have been my “rest days.” But I told myself, just go out for something easy and enjoyable. That “easy run” turned into 6 miles. The kind where everything feels smooth, almost effortless, like my body was saying “keep going.”

While running, I thought about how I want to show up for others. I don’t want moods or emotions to steal the best version of me. Instead, I want to love and live from the inside out: as within, so without.

Today reminded me: when I choose to step out, even gently, I can surprise myself. Running became more than exercise – it was practice for patience, love, and showing up as my best self.
